Collective Haul: Target, Sephora, Ross, VS

Stuff for my blog sale buyers
I got these really cute Plumeria candles that float on water from my sister because she don't want them. She doesn't mind if I give them away so I will give away one candle to each person who makes a $20 purchase (before shipping price) on my blog sale along with makeup samples, while supplies last.

Sephora
That's right, I purchase the Urban Decay Naked 2! I know I'm crazy but it's all neutrals and I can't go wrong with it :]
I also purchase the Josie Maran Argan Oil Moisturizer SPF 40 and got a free full size Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation moisturizer. They had a promotion last week where you can get a free full size moisturizer from Clinique, Philosophy or Ole Henriksen with any skincare purchase and you have to have 100 points in your Beauty Insider card. You should sign up for Sephora email subscriptions if you haven't to get all the deals.

Target
In their intimates section they had a lot of sleepwear on clearance so I got four pairs of fleece bottoms, they were $4.49 each. I needed these because all my PJs were not warm enough so I was freezing my butt off in the house.

Ross
Ross had A LOT of stuff on clearance but the Ross close to my house had almost nothing in the store but I still manage to get 2 things for a good price. I got another fleece PJ but this one was a set (top and bottom) from Hello Kitty for $6.00 and a sweatpants which I don't remember how much it was :p

Victoria Secret
After my last Semi Annual haul I decided to go back last week to see if anything were additional off. I was hoping to get some yoga pants but it was mostly beauty items that were left so I got 3 loose eyeshadows for around $3.00 each

Haul: VS, Sephora and Missha

Sephora
Right after Christmas Sephora had a additional 20% off coupon code on sale items online and just so happen these mascara sampler set was in the sales section so me and my sister each got the set. This is a great deal IMO because I can try out the mascaras without paying full price and I never finished up a whole tube before it expires anyway. This set is still online at Sephora if you want to get it for around $32

Missha
Missha's US website had a 40% off sale on their entire site right after Christmas and I had a additional 20% coupon as their special gift to members so I took advantage of the sales and got almost their complete Misa skincare line which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! Will do an extended review of these products in the future. Missha skincare really impressed me in 2011 and will continue to use their products this year.

Victoria Secret
Currently VS is having a semi annual sale on their store and online (if you get a chance to go the prices in store is so much cheaper). I didn't get any sleepwear or any undergarments this time because I still have a bunch leftover from their previous sale which I haven't get around to wearing yet. So instead I got some of their cosmetics I've been eyeing on since it came out before Christmas last year. The packaging is so cute and the quality of their makeup isn't too bad either, they were all 50% off.

Collective Haul: Sephora, Cherry Culture, Bath & Body Works etc..

Some stuff I got after the new year sale, all were purchase on different days.

Victoria Secret / Bath & Body Works
Right now VS and B&BW are having their Semi-Annual sale on a lot of things. I always go on a shopping spree every time they do a sale but this year there wasn't much stuff out compare to the previous ones in my opinion.

Sephora
Purchase two Bare Minerals sets from their clearance section because I want to try out their products

Cherry Culture
NYX came out with new eyeshadow palettes and these two palettes interested me the most when I saw swatches from other bloggers online. I got Haute Model and Casting Call.

Necklaces
My sister went to Thailand last month and she got me these really cute necklaces which I love!

My Favorite Eyeshadows

List of my most used eyeshadows, most of them are neutrals, nothing bright since I can't really wear them out to work.

1) Urban Decay in "Sin": I use to use a frosty white eyeshadow as my inner corner highlight but now I love using a champagne color such as this shade. Its such a perfect color for my skin tone and really brighten my eyes.

2) Wet n' Wild in "Brulee": a great shadow for brow bone highlight, this shadow is only $1.99 and the pigmentation is great

3) Stila in "Makalu": Everyone needs a matte black eyeshadow in their stash, this is my favorite matte black eyeshadow and the only one I use to set my eyeliner, the pigmentation is very intense and the size is big so it will last forever.

4) Smashbox eyeshadow in "24k": I love using this shadow all over the lid, its not glittery but gives a nice settle shimmers

5) MAC in "Young Punk: Sorry to put this here but its one of my favorites, this mineralize eyeshadow came out a while ago and its no longer available. The reason why I love this so much is because I always put this over my eyeliner to give a pop of color and sparkles, its very glittery so I wear this at nights.

6) MAC Pigment in "Tan":
Everyone should own this pigment its just a nice bronze color thats good for everyday wear and can double as a bronzer. This is a permanent shade so you can find this at any mac store or counter.

7) Victoria Secret in "Lose Control": I love using this as my outer corner or as a eyeliner to give a more natural look, since it has gold shimmers I love paring it with Smashbox's 24k.

Review: Victoria Secret Beauty Rush Wet/Dry Eyeshadow

Review: Victoria Secret Beauty Rush Wet/Dry Eyeshadow

I got these from Victoria Secret, they had a offer where you buy 6 of the Beauty Rush line for $24 I believe I bought 5 eyeshadows and the 6th item I bought a cheek/lip stain also from Beauty Rush line. I didn't expect the shadows to be great but when I tested them out in the store I was wrong.

The pigmentation is amazing, I haven't try it wet but I already like the color payoff when its dry. The texture is very smooth and the color has shimmers but not glittery.

I'm not sure how many colors they have total but I know I will get more of them when I get a chance. Package quality is good, its small enough to fit in a makeup bag and I love how its clear so I can see the colors unlike their Very Sexy line eyeshadows where the packaging is all black.

Rating: 5/5!
Would I buy this again?: yes

Review: Favorite Body Lotions

Review: Favorite Body Lotions

Thought I give some reviews on my favorite body lotions.

1) Nivea Soft - Also comes in a tube. The texture is very soft its like dipping my finger in whip cream, on the skin it feels amazing and its very light, perfect for summer since it doesn't feel greasy or oily. I heard you can also put this on your face but I'm not sure if I want to because it contains Mineral Oil which cause acne for me especially my face is acne-prone, I don't want to take the risk. The scent is hard to explain but its a very light floral type scent.

2) Victoria Secret Body Butter (Secret Garden Line) - When I first saw this on the store I wasn't too sure if I want it because in the container it look stiff and not as whipped as most body butters but when I test it the texture was amazing soft! This is my most favorite body moisturizer and they have so many scents you can choose from. I picked out 3 because I can get tired of the scent (especially Victoria Secret Sprays) so I buy different ones to change them around. Another great thing is the scent is very long lasting.

3) Nivea Creme - Its very similar to Nivea Soft except I like to use this during the winter because its thicker and its best to use this product when you're out of the shower while the skin is still damp because its hard to smooth out the product when its dry. When first putting this on it may feel thick but it later sinks in and smooth out the skin.

4) Palmer's Cocoa Butter - The classic, I'm sure most of you seen/try this already. I love the velvet texture and its very inexpensive. I got the unscented because I don't like the smell of chocolate on my skin, I love chocolate but I don't want to smell like it lol.

Haul: Victoria Secret and a mini MAC

Haul: Victoria Secret and a mini MAC

I heard that Victoria Secret is having a 75% off sale on all of their "Very Sexy" line makeup so I went to the closes one by my house to check it out. Luckily not everything was sold out and their was a lot of ladies crowding the makeup section. I did manage to grab some for myself :D

The reason why its all on sale because they're coming out with a new packaging and wants to get rid of the old ones.

And I also went to CCO (Cosmetic Company Outlet) to pick up a MAC pigment in Antique Green.

As for VS my whole total was 27.83 for 8 items, its a deal!

4 Lipsticks each of them are mostly nude colors. $3.00 each

Mosaic eyeshadow and highlighter. $4.50 each

A lipgloss $3.00 and a lip brush $2.50

And a MAC pigment in Antique Green

If you have a Victoria Secret near you check out the sale soon! It cost more on they're website so I suggest checking out the store.
