Tutorial: Day Smokey Eye

Finish Look:


What I used:

1) MAC Paint Pot in "Soft Ochre"
2) MAC Fluidline in "Black Track"
3) Rimmel Pencil Liner
4) Too Faced Smokey Eye Palette


Apply a nude base all over the lid.


Apply a light brown all over the lid.


With a crease brush apply a dark brown on the crease.


Apply the black eyeshadow over the dark brown to darken the crease.


Apply a liner on the top lid


With a black eyeshadow I apply some on the lower line


Curl and apply mascara

Finish!

My Review:
I had this palette for over a year at that time it was my first Too Faced item. This palette is great for obviously smokey look but looking at the brown shades it can also be good for everyday natural looks. The texture of the shadows is smooth, bendable and very pigmented. Theirs shimmers in them but its not glittery.





The palette comes with a neat card instructions on different looks which is really helpful for beginners.

Overall I think this is a fantastic palette to own if you enjoy smokey eyes. My only down side is I wish some of the pan size in the smaller shadows were bigger because for $35 I've seen other good shadow palettes that have bigger pan size for close the price range.

Then I went to Marshall with my Mom and to my surprise I found this "Too Faced World Domination Tour Set" for only $12.99!! And this cute lipgloss for $3.99 :]
