I use both high-end and drugstore/low-end makeup but I always find myself using the drugstore/low-end makeup. I've come across a lot of people prefer using high-ends because they claim its better quality and won't make you break out. However in my experience I find some low-end/drugstore products work just as same if not better, most high-end cosmetics are costly because of the packaging or branding but I bet you can find similar cheap version that works just as same.

Besides the typical drugstore brands like Maybelline, l'oreal or covergirl, consider trying out Mark., NYX, Milani, Jane or MISSHA cosmetics.
